Buy local handmade for the holidays

We are very fortunate in Portland to have a wealth of artisans. People who put their passion into handmade goods. This year, instead of heading to a chain store and purchasing factory items from places like China, look to your very own neighbors. Put your money into the community by supporting people around you. There are many craft fairs and Christmas bazaars this time of year and each one has a host of crafters and artists for you to support. Think about the kind of love that goes into a handmade scarf or hat! That pair of slippers....so much better when you buy them handmade!

My name is Jenn Kelly and I am the owner of Nuala Clothing and Accessories. Nuala (pronounced Noo-la) Clothing and Accessories is a way for me to showcase my passion for crochet. Crochet is my relaxation and my meditation and I find so much enjoyment out of making new and beautiful things.
